This fall, Canadian Blood Services is celebrating 25 years of delivering lifesaving products and services to patients in need. But we didn’t do this important work alone. We
couldn’t have reached this milestone without the generosity of donors and our community of partners. Together, we are Canada’s Lifeline. Thank you for being a part of
our story. Your generosity has saved lives, and impacted families and communities across the country. Because of you, patients are waking up healthier tomorrow.
For 25 years we have worked diligently to earn the trust of Canadians. We take our responsibility seriously and are guided by our operational pillars to continually safeguard, engage, and improve our processes, practices, and systems. We are committed to helping every patient, matching every need, and serving every Canadian. We are the connection between donors and patients, healthcare professionals and medical researchers. Together, we are Canada’s Lifeline.
It is as essential today as it was the day we were founded – what we do matters. Blood and plasma are needed daily and thousands of patients across the country need stem
cell and organ and tissue transplants. Together, with the generosity of donors and the support of our community of partners, we are working tirelessly to provide these life
essentials.
The need is constant. As we move forward in our journey, we remain committed to building a resilient and inclusive donor community and matching evolving patient needs
to ensure the best possible treatment is available for those who require it.

Often there are last minute cancellations so please continue to check online at blood.ca up until the day of the event. Attached you will also find social media tiles, please feel free to use these to help spread the word on your social media platforms regarding the need for donors this fall.
