The Collingwood Climate Action Team is hosting a community tree planting event on Saturday, October 3rd at 10:00 am at Mair Mills Park.

Community members and local businesses are invited to participate in planting native trees and shrubs and learning about proper tree planting and stewardship. The event will help restore tree canopy lost to the Emerald Ash Borer and support a greener, healthier, and more climate-resilient Collingwood. Coffee and snacks will be provided to volunteers.
