PART 1
Little Artists, Big Hearts
Kids Bowls– Local elementary school children were busy painting the handmade pottery bowls (made by local potter, Sandra Saunders) and learning about homelessness in our community, these unique bowls are now available! The bowls are $75 each and come with a tax receipt. Best of all, $25 from each bowl sale goes directly to the Mobile Soup Kitchen, and supports people in need with a nutritious meal!
For more information or to purchase your 2024 bowl(s), please contact Pam Osmond, Fund Development Manager at: pam@homehorizon.ca or phone at 705-888-2149. Full tax receipts are available for your donation

PART 2 – Local, Celebrated Artists decorate Bowls for Beds
The wonderful second part of this fundraiser is our Artists Bowls!
On June 3rd 2024 we’ll be kicking off an auction platform where we will auction off 32, one-of-a-kind bowls, hand-painted by local artists. Bids will start at $100 and will close on Friday, June 7th at 4pm. We can’t wait to show off the artistic talent of some of our amazing local artists who have each hand painted their own signature bowl.
These absolutely stunning bowls have been generously donated and prepared by a local potter, Heather Burton and the Hello Pottery Co. Team members located in Collingwood and we have Sandra Saunders from CCI on deck to fire all the bowls. A special thank you to both Heather and Sandra for all their help contributing to the success of this event.
Last year, Home Horizon raised approximately $30,000 and we are hoping to get close to that same goal this year!.
