Enjoy a Portuguese wine-tasting and dinner experience at the Singhampton Community Centre. Guided by an sommelier, Teresa Araujo, you’ll be introduced to some of Portugal’s grapes and growing regions so you can get started on your wine-drinking explorations. There will be four Portuguese wine tastings and snacks. Plus, a turkey dinner, salad and dessert prepared by Mylar & Lorettas.

About Teresa Araujo:

Born in  a small town near northwestern city of Porto on May 15, 1994, Teresa has lived most of her life in Fafe and Porto, this young winemaker has travelled the country and world, with Vintages from Duoro to Alentejo, and from France to New Zealand. She has an academic degree from Porto University. When finishing her biochemistry degree and completing her bachelor’s internship working for a Port Wine company, she then discovered the unforgettable and passionate world of wine, especially Ports. The logical path was to move to Lisbon and pursue her passion for wine while enrolling in a Masters in Engineering of Viticulture and Winemaking by the University of Lisbon. Constantly proactive and eager to discover more, Teresa is always looking for new life experiences and professional challenges. After having travelled the world, making wine in several different regions, she has embraced the other side and becoming a Fine Wine Developer and Area Manager for wines produced by Sogrape.
