Art on the street is a celebration of art and artists. It showcases our community spirit through artistic expression and makes our downtown area more vibrant and unique! This Collingwood tradition transforms our streets into an outdoor gallery with stunning art banners and hand-painted chairs, making art accessible to all.
The Art Chairs will be displayed in several public spaces throughout the downtown core. Art on the Street offers a free public art walking tour for residents and visitors to experience our rich heritage.
The Art on the Street experience wraps up with the Art Chair Auction which takes place at the last Farmers Market of the season on Saturday, October 12.
